Deputy Reporting Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced report writer looking for the next step in their career progression to join a market leading dynamic environmental survey contractor. We offer flexible hybrid working, although the position will require the majority of your time to be office based as you will be responsible for the guidance and mentoring of our team of report writers, based in the Asteroceras Science Park in Hoveton, Norfolk. You will liaise closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure the timely delivery of the company’s analytical and reporting requirements to the highest standards.

You will deliver technical knowhow (nature conservation/environmental legislation, survey design, environmental data interpretation, habitat assessment, statistical analysis, scientific report writing, data presentation, map/figure production, GIS) to support the training of report writers.

Applicants should possess as a minimum a BSc degree and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an environmental report writer in the marine offshore survey industry.
