As part of our PR24 Price Review, water and wastewater companies in England and Wales are currently developing their plans for 2025 to 2030.

The plans will cover everything each company does now and what it will do in the future.

Ofwat and CCW want you to have your say on these plans.

Each company will be holding a ‘Your water, your say’ meeting this spring to allow customers and stakeholders to question them and challenge their plans. Your questions could cover the service the company provides, its impact on the environment, what will happen to your water bill or whatever other topic is important to you.

It’s your water. Make sure you have your say.

Meeting dates

Here are the dates for meetings which are now open for registration and a link to the company’s website for you to register to attend the meeting. We will update this page with dates and registration details for all water companies as and when they become available.

• Anglian Water – 30 March
• Dŵr Cymru/Welsh Water – 6 April
• Severn Trent Water – 17 April
• SES Water – 25 April
• Wessex Water – 28 April

The sessions will be chaired by an independent moderator and are open to everyone.
