English Marine Plans   Evidence requirement RO27: Describe, quantitatively and qualitatively, economic situation in the North East, North West, South West and South East marine plan areas.

MPAs   The MMO requires information on the economic and social baselines of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs). This should be achieved through the development of a framework for social and economic assessments to be made. The framework should provide a systematic, auditable and repeatable process that can be used across the whole MPA network. It is recognised that the relevance and importance of activities will vary between sites locally and regionally.

Dredge sediment transport The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) requires physical models to improve understanding of sediment transport routes, during dredge disposal operations at designated disposal sites, to provide further evidence and support decisions around licensing conditions.
