CCW, the consumer body for water, has launched a consultation on its Strategy and Forward Work Programme, which sets out plans for what the organisation wants to achieve in 2024–25.

  1. Fair and affordable bills
  • Value from the Price Review
  • Improved overall offer of support
  • Customers using the support available
  • End water poverty
  • Tariffs that work for customers
  1. Resilient water services
  • Consumer behaviour change
  • Better incident management
  • Acting on customer priorities

The deadline for responses is Tuesday 13 February 2024.
