Jean Luc Solandt  ‘MCS, Blue MF, WWF Netherlands and North Sea Foundation have all put our heads together and launched a significant report that was sent to Commission showing that illegal fishing in Dogger has to be stopped on a legal & ecological basis. We’ve done an Appropriate Assessment on this, and I was instrumental in putting together the 8 tests, and ensuring that we justified their inclusion with other authors and peer-reviewers that we show the real lack of science available to support a position of no likely significant effect to site integrity.
