    The new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point is a critical pillar of UK energy policy not least is setting a benchmark against which other projects like tidal lagoons are being priced. The very obvious and public problems that EDF, the French and UK Governments are going through against the backdrop of EU referendum continue to create headlines. Few infrastructure decisions have so much riding on them.
