Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
Contract: 2 year full-time, fixed-term

Lead real change along Scotland’s west coast
As a Project Delivery Manager, you’ll lead hands-on regeneration of seagrass, oyster and kelp habitats while coordinating fieldwork, partners and community-led stewardship across the west coast.
You’ll guide projects from planning to delivery, support ecological monitoring, and work closely with local communities to build knowledge, confidence and lasting impact for people and nature. What you’ll be doing
- Managing the delivery of marine habitat regeneration projects.
- Oversee regeneration interventions and collaborate with scientific partners on ecological monitoring.
- Collaborating with community partners to enable local stewardship, facilitating workshops, training and outreach to build capacity and awareness.
- Monitoring and reporting ecological and social outcomes.
- Managing partnerships and stakeholders, fostering inclusive participation from coastal communities, fishers and local authorities.
- Contributing to funding proposals and strategic planning to support project sustainability and growth.
What you’ll bring
- Applied knowledge of marine biology and environmental science, with experience in marine habitat regeneration, conservation or marine monitoring.
- Experience in social impact measurement or working with social data to inform reporting and decision-making.
- Practical knowledge of marine fieldwork planning, logistics & safety.
- Excellent project management skills – strategic, organised and solutions focused.
- A skilled communicator, able to make complex issues clear and compelling with the ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of people.
- A critical thinker with a creative approach to problem solving and an ability to respond well to challenges.
- Resilience, adaptable and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- A passion for ocean conservation, a commitment to sustainability, community and science-based action.
