‘CIWEM has reviewed the Coalition Government’s progress against key areas that were identified by CIWEM members as requiring urgent action over the parliamentary term. The review compares the Government’s progress against CIWEM’s asks rather than any commitment either party made in its Manifesto or in the Coalition programme for government.  The review scores the Government for progress on low carbon society, buildings, infrastructure, water and natural capital.
