has been written to make environmental water quality regulatory principles and best practice available to all – policy makers, regulators, water industry practitioners and environmental NGOs. It provides a reasonably comprehensive, innovative and structured guide to the wealth of information on water regulation and catchment planning. We hope that the publication will be a key tool for knowledge exchange in this essential water management area, in developed and developing countries.
