CIRIA recently published ‘Code of Practice for Property Flood Resilience’ (C790a), ‘Guidance on the code of practice for property flood resilience (C790b)‘ and ‘Making your property flood resilient (C790c)‘ documents.

The new guidance provides confidence on the use of the standards within the code of practice that provides a benchmark for those procuring and delivering property flood resilience (PFR).

The Code of practice (CoP) includes six standards that specify what should be achieved and set the benchmark for PFR delivery.

The guidance supports the CoP’s six standards and provides comprehensive guidance on how the standards should be met by following stages and steps within a PFR delivery process.
