Future of the sea: industry perspectives on emerging technology
This document summarises findings from interviews with 11 leading companies who are each exploring an emerging theme or trend that will shape the future relationship between the nation and the sea. It then presents an analysis of the specific opportunities and challenges for the UK, based on the views expressed in the interviews. This research was completed by the Government Office for Science, as part of the Foresight Future of the sea project.
