    Join Eastern IFCA – Protecting Our Marine Environment (4 vacancies)

    Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (Eastern IFCA) is recruiting to a number of exciting roles across science, enforcement and policy.

    Covering the coasts of Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, we manage inshore fisheries and protect the marine environment through a combination of research, regulation and engagement with coastal communities.

    We’re looking for motivated and capable individuals to join our team and contribute to practical, real-world environmental management.

    The closing date for this recruitment opportunity is 31 July 2026


    We are currently recruiting for:

    Senior Marine Science Officer (Research)

    Lead applied research, surveys and monitoring programmes to support fisheries management and conservation.

    Senior IFCO (Marine)

    Lead sea-going enforcement operations and vessel activity, including acting as Skipper.

    Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Officer (IFCO)

    Deliver frontline enforcement, stakeholder engagement and operational work at sea and ashore.

    Policy & Projects Officer

    Support policy development and deliver projects across the organisation.
