Sea-Changers is a UK marine conservation charity, managed by a small team who love the UK’s seas, shores and wildlife.

Could you or someone you know lead Sea-Changers in the next exciting stage of our development? After many years of dedicated service, our wonderful Chair Sarah Brown has decided it’s nearly time to step down.

We have been growing fast in recent years but are still run almost entirely by volunteers. Over the next few years, we need a leader who can help steer our Board and Co-Founders through a time of further growth and change, ensuring our sustainability long into the future.
