SuDS Survey results and what it reveals

Following an overwhelming response from industry professionals, we can publish the results of our SuDS: The State of the Nation 2016 survey.  They send some strong New Year messages about Sustainable Drainage Systems as the Government prepares for a 2017 review.

Our national survey found that the lack of a framework for SuDS maintenance and adoption is seen as a significant barrier to delivery.  Our regular blogger Phil Collins analyses the results.

The survey insights also underline professional views on the importance of proprietary systems to a broad toolbox.  In his blog, Mark Goodger discusses what the survey reveals about their role in delivering precision-engineered Green Infrastructure.
