Tender Opportunity – Offshore Wind Evidence and Knowledge Hub Delivery Partner

As part of the Offshore Wind Evidence and Change programme The Crown Estate has identified a need for coordinated knowledge management within the Offshore Wind industry to facilitate more proportionate Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), streamline the consenting process, and ultimately contribute to the transition towards digital EIA (dEIA). Following conclusion of an initial feasibility study The Crown Estate now wishes to progress the concept of a Web Application with the working title “Offshore Wind Evidence and Knowledge Hub” (OWEKH) and associated knowledge management.

The Crown Estate is preparing to issue a Request for Information (RFI) to seek a delivery partner or partners to deliver the hub and associated knowledge management.  We would be interested in hearing from organisations with a strong background in knowledge management and/or web based application design.

To receive a copy of the RFI, please send your ‘Expression of Interest’ (EOI) to mailbox EKH@thecrownestate.co.uk by 28th September 2021. We are expecting the RFI to be released 29th September 2021 to those who have responded.
