As you may be aware the public consultation on the draft North East, North West, South East and South West Marine Plans opened on the 14 January 2020 and will run for a period of 12 weeks, closing on 6 April 2020.

As part of our commitment to stakeholder engagement the Marine Management Organisation will be running a series of informative webinars. The webinars will last one hour and cover the following:

• An introduction to the MMO
• An introduction to Marine Planning and the journey so far
• The consultation and how to respond
• Implementation and how to use the plans
• Next steps

The webinars are open to all.  You do not need to download anything.  You just need a computer connected to the internet and a phone.  If you are planning to have a larger team of people join the webinar the MMO would appreciate you seeking to do so as a “single” participant using a conference phone and a single screen.  This would avoid overloading the webex limits.  Dates of the webinars are below:
